Outsourced accounting department for multiple clients. Prepare financial statements for both internal users as well as bankers, investors, CPAs and other stakeholders. Assist with Audits. Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes. Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data. Play major support role in implementation of new accounting software and/or chart of accounts. Work with start-ups to ensure proper set up of chart of accounts and accountability with different local, state and federal reporting and filing agencies. Specialize in repairing broken systems and processes; making sense out of messes. Provide additional consulting referrals when necessary.

Lead or assist organization of event from scratch. Work with planning committee to write agenda and schedule speakers. Establish and adhere to event budget. Write copy for posters and other promotional materials and cooperate with Communications department to ensure timeliness. Work with Legal department on contract review and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Plan menus and organizes catering. Payment for services are due upon receipt of invoice.
A 50% deposit for Year End Bookkeeping and large projects is due at contract signing, balance due upon completion and delivery of work.
All invoices will be emailed.
A link to Intuit Payment Network is provided on the invoice for your convenience in paying.
There is no cost to you to use this service. All payments thirty (30) days past due will be subject to a 10% late fee.
